Eric S. Jackson
Eric Jackson represents individuals, law firms, associations and emerging and large companies in business litigation, employment and intellectual property cases. Eric is a skilled trial attorney who loves the courtroom, but regularly counsels clients on litigation avoidance and how to cost-effectively comply with the complex web of labor and employment laws and regulations. Eric is adept at conducting workplace investigations, and routinely trains management and employees on workplace policies and litigation avoidance. Eric also has substantial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes patent litigation. Eric recently has expanded his practice to assist families and children with special needs in navigating the educational and legal labyrinths necessary to obtain special education services. Eric currently serves as a Commissioner on the Prince George's County, Maryland, Human Relations Commission.
Eric likes to truly partner with his clients, and work collaboratively with them to resolve their legal problems in the most practical, efficient, timely and cost-effective manner possible. Spending the time necessary to have a deep understanding of his clients’ needs, challenges, resources and opportunities, Eric then crafts strategies that take into account the unique needs and interests of his clients.
Prior to joining The Sack Law Firm P.C., Eric was a partner at Jenner & Block LLP and Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. in Washington, D.C.
