Stacy Costello’s practice is focused on trusts and estate planning, and general business transactions.  

In the estate planning arena, Stacy has experience in estate and gift tax matters, estate planning for individuals, probate, and organizing and advising family foundations.  She has significant experience drafting wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, life insurance trusts and family limited partnerships.  She also has experience in establishing and advising private family foundations and non-profit organizations.

Stacy regularly advises clients on general business matters, including preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.  She also represents business owners, borrowers and other individuals or entrepreneurs in business transactions, including real estate acquisition and project financing. 

Prior to joining The Sack Law Firm P.C., Stacy was Of Counsel to Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in Washington, D.C.  She began her career at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. in Washington, D.C., where she was a partner in the business transactional group.
