In addition to asset acquisition and disposition, our practice also includes zoning and land use as well as leasing. Our leasing practice includes negotiating and drafting of office leases, retail leases, ground leases, build to suit leases, sale/leaseback transactions and subleases. We represent both landlords and tenants. We draft and negotiate easements and agreements with architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors, leasing agents, property managers and other service providers.
Real Estate Finance: The Sack Law Firm P.C. represents lenders and borrowers on all types of secured lending transactions. We represent borrowers who are real estate developers/operators, publicly-traded and privately held homebuilders and high net worth individuals. Our lending clients include banks and financial institutions as well as insurance companies.
Homebuilders/Developers: The Sack Law Firm P.C. serves as outside general counsel and/or lead counsel for a number of well-known national and local homebuilders and residential developers, including both publicly-traded and privately-held companies.
